Bangkok Airways to Increase Flights to Phuket and Chiang Mai

Bangkok Airways will increase flight frequency on the “Bangkok - Chiang Mai”, “Bangkok - Phuket” and “Phuket - Samui” routes starting this winter schedule from October 26th onwards.

The airline will fly to Chiang Mai three flights daily. The first flight PG215 will leave Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 08.00 hrs - arrive to Chiang Mai at 09.10 hrs, the second flight PG217 (except Friday) will leave Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 12.20 hrs - arrive to Chiang Mai at 13.35 hrs and the third flight PG219 will leave Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 19.05 hrs - arrive to Chiang Mai at 20.20 hrs.

For Bangkok-Phuket route: The first flight PG271 will leave Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 08.10 hrs - arrive to Phuket at 09.30 hrs, the second flight PG924 will leave Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 11.45 hrs - arrive to Phuket at 13.05 hrs and the third flight PG277 will leave Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) at 17.30 hrs - arrive to Phuket at 18.50 hrs.

Moreover, the airline will also increase flights for its Phuket-Samui route. The first flight PG252 will leave Phuket at 09.35 hrs - arrive to Samui at 10.30 hrs, the second flight PG254 will leave Phuket at 13.45 hrs - arrive to Samui at 14.40 hrs and the third flight PG256 will leave Phuket at 16.35 hrs - arrive to Samui at 17.30 hrs.

A single ticket for Bangkok-Chiang Mai flight costs 1,905 baht, for Bangkok-Phuket flight costs 2,240 baht and for Phuket-Samui flight costs 1,900 baht. These fares are exclusive of airport taxes, insurance and fuel surcharge, and available from today until October 25.

Currently, Bangkok Airways operates Airbus 319 and Boeing 717 on its Bangkok-Chiang Mai and Bangkok-Phuket route.
